The colours and why you don't get on with this person in your family or team member


Colours of Success

Get a sheet of paper and draw a line down the middle top to bottom and
in the middle of the paper left to right draw a line.

You should now have the paper divided into four equal sections

On the top centre print OPEN and on the bottom centre print SELF CONTAINED and
in the middle of the paper on the left hand side print INDIRECT and
in the middle of the paper on the right hand side print DIRECT

Ok let’s go ahead and check that.

The 3rd colour we are going to talk about is the Green. 23.00

They make up 35% of the population.

They are indirect like the yellow but also self contained with their feelings. They are left brained like the Red. They are very logical and analytical.

If the Green were an animal they would be, a wise owl, a fox or a giraffe.

If you go driving with a Green you will know right away because the are the most cautious drivers on the planet, they never change lanes, they map out the route completely. They drive a Volvo because 180 years ago there was a study that said Volvo were they safest cars on the road.

Their motto is “let’s get the facts and the figures”.

If you were to go shopping with a Green, you would find out that shopping is like a hunt, they shop, they clip out the coupons, they will get the best value, and they will have saved more money than any other colour.

Their voice is soft and correct.

How do you recognise a Green on the telephone?

The phone script you are about to hear has over 90% success rate of people saying yes “I am looking for a way to make extra income from home.” However it is important that you follow it exactly as I share it with you on this audio.

In the short 2-3 minutes you have been listening to Nancy you have determined that her primary colour is a Green.

Now is the time you better know the Dislikes of the green

Please write these down.

Not having all the facts and figures, they hate been late, if you have an appointment with the green, do not be one minute late.

They hate aggressive pushy salespeople
Greens think they are the smartest people on the planet.
They will email all your spelling mistakes in your email and letters.
They will sell themselves.

Strengths of the Green

Why do you want them in your business?

They are awesome people because they are most organised, they are great planners, dependable, and they are task persistent.
They are great on follow through.
They are accurate and they are problem solvers.

Over time as you build your network marketing business, you will become a mentor to your people.

And more important than the strengths you will to know the weaknesses of the Green to mentor them

What are the weaknesses of the Green?

They over analyse everything, they are hard to please

They are pessimistic about everything

The best mentoring you can do for a Green is to tell them,
the speaking your reality into existence story.

Ask a Green

Do you believe that you speak your reality into existence?

About 99% will say “yes” Ok, Great.

As you talk to them. Let them know the words they have said

Let me ask you a question Mr & Mrs Green

Is try, maybe, possibly, could, are those empowering words or disempowering words?

Instantly, they will say disempowering.

Well in our conversation for 12 minutes you just said these 17 times.

If you keep putting out to the universe negative feelings, negative statements, what do you think comes back to you?

What I want you to do, is I want to give you a little coaching, a little mentoring on how to stop doing that.

What I want you to do Nancy is when you,
ah, if you were in front of your family, your two sons or your partner or your priest or minister,
would you ever swear, say a curse word, or any kind of a foul curse word,
No, No, No,

Great what I want you to do is I want you to think of the word TRY, MAYBE, POSSIBLY, COULD,
you see as the worst curse word you have ever heard, and now subconsciously when you are talking and
you say those negative words, what will happen you will realise how many time you are saying that,
when you realise that what will happen for you, you’ll stop saying it.
When you stop putting negative things out to the universe,
only positive and in-powering things will come back to you.

That is the best coaching and mentoring you can give a green.

How do you visually recognise a Green on the street or in the office?

They have formal, conservative clothes.
They walk stiff and direct.
They are expressionless.
They are great poker players.
They have pictures of the home office on the wall and always have a globe or map in their office.
Their handshake is slow and soft

How about if you go into a restaurant with a Green

They will have whatever the specials are.
They eat in a structured way.
They will clean up the plate and they will stack the dishes.
What kind of
Keywords will you see in an email or letter from a Green.
My research.
My graphs.
My spreadsheets.
Everything is logical.
They qualify all their statements.

How do you sponsor a Green into the business?

Give them all the magazines that have ever been written about the company and
your management and explain the compensation plan in every single detail and
make sure they understand your super star bonus that is paid out on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th level every other full moon.

Show them your unified duplicable system that everyone they sponsor can simply just plug into the system for success.

Talk to them about your coaching, training and mentoring that everyone can use for success.

Never ever close a Green
Greens will answer the questions themselves through their own research and they will close themselves

Give them many powerful testimonials from people from every walk of life about the products you are marketing to the world.

Remember the only thing the prospect is thinking is

“Can I do this” and “Can you help me”

What kind of compensation works best for a Green?

Because the Green is so analytical they have to have a compensation plan that they can
sponsor and place people anywhere in their downline to maximise the payout

Remember they are the number crunchers.

They know that the average person sponsors 2.7 people into any home business,
just like gravity, work with the correct numbers.
Green will work with a plan that average people will have success with.

A two legged plan will work best for them because the numbers do not lie.

Just work with them because this type of plan will cause spill over.

What type of compensation plan is the kiss of death for a green?

Any plan that limits the strategist ability to place or personally sponsor people anywhere they want,
making them go wide not paying them in dept.

A forced matrix left to right auto fill that’s a welfare minded plan, it will kill a green in their tracks.
