Hi Gerry  We're looking forward to seeing you at the Showcase in a
couple of weeks and also to sharing your company at the Gala Dinner
in the evening.  We are making final arrangements with the hotel
now, and we need to know urgently if you or any of your party are
vegetarian or have any special dietary requirements.
Please reply to this email by Friday 24th April if so and we will
inform the hotel accordingly.  Just a reminder that the dinner is
taking place at the Jurys Inn Hotel located at 245 Broad Street,
Birmingham B1 2HQ.  Dress code is black tie/evening wear,
although business dress would also be perfectly acceptable.
The function room is located on the 1st floor of the hotel.
A cash bar will be open (adjacent to the function room) from 7.30p.m.
and the meal service will commence at 8.00p.m. (seating is not
allocated).  We would kindly request that you congregate in this
private bar area from 7.30pm.  If there is anything we haven't
covered, just reply to this email and we'll do our best to help.
We have a great programme of entertainment lined up and we are
looking forward to seeing you there!
